Are your lamps 3D printed?
Yes. All our lamps are manufactured using high-quality 3D printing technology and carefully finished in our workshop. Each piece is individually produced rather than mass manufactured.
Are your lamps handmade?
Our lamps are designed, produced, assembled, and quality-checked in our workshop. Since every item is individually manufactured, small variations may occur and are part of the production process.
Why are there visible lines or texture on the surface?
3D printing creates objects layer by layer. Fine layer lines and subtle surface texture are natural characteristics of this manufacturing method and contribute to the unique appearance of each piece.
Will my lamp look exactly like the product photos?
We aim for maximum consistency, but slight variations in color, finish, and texture may occur due to material properties, production settings, and screen differences.
Orders & Customization
Can I request custom sizes, colors, or designs?
Yes. Many products can be customized with different color options and selected design modifications depending on the project. Size modifications are currently not available.
Do you create custom projects?
Yes. We work on custom projects for homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, retail spaces, and interior design projects.
How long does production take?
Most lamps are produced after ordering. Production time depends on product complexity and current order volume.

How should I clean my lamp?

Can the lamps be used outdoors?
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our lamps are intended for indoor use only.

Yes. Our lamps are designed for normal indoor use. For safety and best performance, we strongly recommend using LED bulbs only.

Compatible bulb types, recommended wattage, and fitting information are provided on each product page.
Are electrical components included?
No. Lamps are supplied without cables, sockets, switches, or electrical components unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Can I assemble the lamp myself?
Yes. Our lamps are designed for simple assembly. Compatible cables, sockets, and lighting accessories can be purchased separately and installed easily at home.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available for selected destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout.
What happens if my lamp arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
