Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the EU may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refund Process
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned goods and processed via the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

Small visual imperfections are inherent to 3D printing and do not qualify as defects.
