These Terms apply to all orders placed through the DSILA online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms. - Product Nature
DSILA creates 3D printed lighting objects and accessories using additive manufacturing. Minor surface variations, layer lines, or texture differences are natural characteristics of the process and are not considered defects. - Product Structure (Important)
Products are offered in two independent categories: 3D printed lampshades / lighting objects, Electrical accessories (e.g. cable sets with E27 socket), Unless explicitly stated, electrical components are not included with lampshades. - Electrical Use & Compatibility
DSILA lampshades are designed for use with low-heat LED bulbs only. Customers are responsible for selecting and installing compatible, certified electrical components. - Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at checkout via the available payment methods. - Product & Delivery
Products are manufactured on demand. Estimated production and delivery times are indicated on each product page. - Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. - Liability
DSILA is not liable for damages resulting from: Improper installation Use of incompatible or non-certified electrical components Use of non-LED or high-heat light sources - Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content remain the intellectual property of DSILA and may not be reproduced without written permission. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria.
